Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 1, 2026
These Terms separate market research, subscriptions, payment infrastructure and self-custody wallet responsibilities so the rules match the current Zynost product architecture.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zynost (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced from them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Description of the Service
Zynost provides digital-asset market research, multi-source evidence, opportunity discovery, historical context, portfolio analytics, planning tools and optional AI-assisted synthesis. Core market measurements are produced from market-data and deterministic/provider-driven services; language-model features are used selectively for explanation or synthesis.
The Service is a research and decision-support product. It does not auto-trade and is not a substitute for your own judgment. See the Disclaimer for important limitations.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and at least 18 years old.
- You must provide reasonably accurate account information.
- You are responsible for protecting your password, 2FA methods, recovery codes and devices.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
- You must notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
4. Research Outputs and Decision Responsibility
Market reads, evidence modules, Opportunity Radar classifications, Order Book Radar observations, Trade Blueprints, Market Twin outputs, Decision Briefs and explanations are research outputs, not instructions to trade.
You remain solely responsible for deciding whether to act on any information, selecting a venue, choosing position size, understanding leverage, checking current prices and managing execution risk.
5. Paid Plans and Billing
- Paid plans may be purchased using supported cryptocurrency checkout options shown in the product.
- Plan features, analysis caps and pricing are displayed before payment and may differ by plan.
- Current crypto subscription payments do not operate as automatic card renewals; access can return to the Free tier when the paid period ends unless another payment is completed.
- Blockchain transactions may be irreversible after confirmation. Payment status may depend on network confirmation and reconciliation.
- Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.
6. Zynost Pay Boundary
Zynost may consume Zynost Pay as crypto payment infrastructure through a merchant-facing integration. Zynost Pay is a separate product boundary from Zynost Intelligence.
Use of an external merchant integration, wallet or blockchain can also be subject to that third party's terms and network rules.
7. UQX and Self-Custody Wallet Features
UQX includes self-custody wallet functionality. Self-custody means the user is responsible for protecting wallet recovery credentials. Zynost is not a substitute custodian for a wallet private key or recovery phrase that is intended to remain device-owned.
Blockchain transactions and public wallet addresses are subject to the rules and risks of the relevant network. A recovery phrase or private key can be sufficient to restore or control a standard wallet elsewhere, so users must protect those credentials independently of app-level account security.
Token, presale and vesting matters may also be governed by separate product-specific terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful activity.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, usage limits or security controls.
- Interfere with, overload or disrupt infrastructure, APIs or other users.
- Scrape, reproduce or resell substantial parts of the Service in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
- Use automated access in a manner that materially degrades service availability.
- Misrepresent Zynost research outputs as licensed financial advice provided by Zynost.
- Attempt to obtain another user's credentials, wallet secrets or private information.
9. Third-Party Data and Services
The Service depends on exchanges, blockchain networks, public APIs, infrastructure providers and other third-party systems. Their availability, accuracy, policies and security are outside Zynost's direct control.
Zynost may change, replace or disable a provider integration when coverage, reliability, cost, legal or technical requirements change.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service's software, design, branding, original documentation, proprietary workflows and other protected materials belong to Zynost or the applicable rights holder.
You retain rights you lawfully hold in data you provide. You grant Zynost the limited rights needed to host, process and display that data in order to provide the requested Service.
11. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide product suggestions or feedback, you allow Zynost to use that feedback to improve the Service without creating an obligation to compensate you, while not transferring ownership of unrelated confidential information.
12. Availability and Changes
Features may change as providers, markets, security requirements and product architecture evolve. A feature may be modified, paused or discontinued, and coverage can differ by asset, network, plan or jurisdiction.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific response time, permanent support for a provider or perpetual access to a particular feature set.
13. No Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without warranties that market data, software, third-party services or generated explanations will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular trading or investment purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zynost is not responsible for losses resulting from market movements, user trading decisions, third-party exchange failures, blockchain events, wallet credential compromise, unsupported assets, provider outages or reliance on research outputs as if they were guaranteed instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Your Responsibility for Misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims or losses caused by your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or misuse of credentials and integrations under your control.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, address security incidents, comply with law or enforce these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may use available account-deletion controls subject to retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Applicable Law
These Terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the Service and the user relationship, subject to mandatory consumer, privacy or other protections that cannot be waived. A more specific governing-law clause may be introduced when the operating entity and jurisdiction are formally specified.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service, products or legal requirements change. Material changes should be reflected by the updated date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after revised Terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
19. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Zynost contact page or to legal@zynost.com.
