Not financial advice. Zynost provides market research, evidence, planning context and software tools. It does not instruct you to buy, sell, hold, borrow, leverage or allocate capital, and it does not execute trades for you.
1. Not Financial, Investment, Legal or Tax Advice
Zynost is a research and decision-support platform. Nothing on the Service — including market reads, evidence modules, Opportunity Radar results, trade blueprints, historical analogues, Decision Briefs, explanatory content or portfolio analytics — constitutes personalized financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice.
Zynost is not presented as a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser or portfolio manager. You should obtain professional advice where your circumstances require it.
2. Digital-Asset Market Risk
Digital assets can experience rapid price changes, thin liquidity, exchange outages, smart-contract failures, chain congestion, liquidation cascades, regulatory changes and loss of market access. A market that appears liquid or technically strong at one moment may change materially before an order is placed or filled.
You are responsible for deciding whether any digital-asset activity is appropriate for your financial situation and risk tolerance.
3. Evidence and Coverage Boundaries
Zynost combines information from multiple exchanges, public APIs, market-data providers, on-chain sources and other third-party systems. Coverage can vary by asset, venue, chain and time. A module may be unavailable, delayed or intentionally omitted when the underlying evidence is insufficient.
Absence of a warning does not mean absence of risk. A supported security or on-chain check may only assess the fields and networks available to that provider.
4. Historical Validation Is Not a Forecast
Historical tests, forward tracking and Market Twin analogue results describe what occurred under defined datasets and methodologies. They do not guarantee that the same relationship will persist in future markets.
Backtests may not reproduce live slippage, fees, latency, market impact, delistings, venue restrictions or other execution conditions. Historical results should therefore be read as research evidence, not promised performance.
5. Trade Blueprint Limitations
Entry, stop and target zones are planning structures derived from observed candles, volatility, pivots and nearby market structure. They are not executable orders and do not account for every user's position size, tax position, leverage, venue, jurisdiction or personal loss tolerance.
A calculated price level can become stale quickly when volatility or liquidity changes.
6. AI-Assisted Synthesis
When requested, Zynost may use an AI-assisted synthesis layer to explain or summarize evidence that has already been computed by market-data and deterministic services. Generated language can still be incomplete, ambiguous or imperfect.
The synthesis layer should be treated as an explanation interface over the evidence stack, not as an independent source of market truth.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may reference exchanges, explorers, news sources, blockchains, payment systems or other third-party resources. Zynost does not control their uptime, policies, security, accuracy or continued availability.
A link or integration does not imply endorsement, guarantee or responsibility for that third party.
8. Your Responsibility
You remain responsible for independently reviewing any decision, verifying important market information at the source, understanding the risks of the venue or chain you use, and protecting your own accounts and wallets.
Never risk funds you cannot afford to lose, and do not rely on a single metric, alert, model, historical pattern or software output as the sole basis for a financial decision.
